FARM NEWS

The roof on the Farmhouse needs replaced.
Saturday May 8th 6:00 – 9:00 P.M.
$15.00 per person
Please join us May 8th at the Farm, for dinner which include a delicious ½ slab BBQ Baby Back Ribs, ¼ Chicken (White or Dark) and 2 sides. Music for your enjoyment will be provided by HAYWIRE from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. Tickets may be purchased at EAC thru May 1st. Only 300 tickets available

HALF POT WEEKLY DRAW

The club is having a weekly Half Pot drawing.  Tickets are 6 for $5.00.  Drawing every Wednesday at 7:30 P.M. before the regular membership meeting.  You do not have to be present to win.

GOLF SCRAMBLES

April 25,  June 6,  July 11,  August 8 are the dates for E.A.C. Golf Scrambles this year. All scrambles are at Cambridge and will have a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start. Meal and beverages back at the club. Get your team together and sign up. The sheet will be on the bulletin board. Contact Jim Gilham 812-467-0032 to donate items or for more information. This is for members only.  September 19 is the Club Golf Championship at Cambridge.

 CORONAVIRUS RULES
We are clean and disinfected. We welcome all members back.

Please do not come over if you are feeling ill, coughing, have a fever or been around someone who has.

We have hand sanitizer and surface sanitizer for your use.  Please feel free to sanitize any table and chair you wish.

The Evansville Athletic Club wishes to extend sympathy to the families of our most recently passed members.

Sherill L Bradshaw joined the club on August 11, 1976 and passed away on March 13, 2021.

Daryl W Skinner joined the club on May 11, 1966 and passed away on March 10, 2021.

Robert L Caldwell joined the club on September 11, 1974 and passed away on March 1, 2021.

Richard W Jordan joined the club on February 2, 1972 and passed away on February 6, 2021.

Charles R Buedel joined the club on July 1, 1998 and passed away on February 1, 2021.

Michael D Tempel joined the club on August 23, 2006 and passed away on January 10, 2021.

Wayne F Folz joined the club on August 9, 1972 and passed away on January 1. 2021.

John E Dolan joined the club on September 27, 1967 and passed away on December 21, 2020.

Douglas G Mikolasek joined the club on September 22, 1965 and passed away on December 21, 2020.

Dennis H Cook joined the club on August 21, 2000 and passed away on December 10, 2020.

They will be missed by all who knew them and called them friend

  MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS 

Every Wednesday the club holds a membership meeting and it starts at 8:00 P.M.                                                                                                       Every member is invited to come and participate.  At 7:00 P.M. all non-members must leave the club as the membership meeting is for members only.

KARAOKE SATURDAY NIGHT

Every Saturday Night  ( Subject to Change )
7 – 11 PM Provided by Jerry Henry Open to members and guests Bring the family Food & Fun Singers, Performers & Listeners Enjoy an evening of good music and fun
*** MUST BE 21 AND HAVE PICTURE ID TO ORDER ALCOHOL***
Singing will be for adults only for first few weeks

MONDAY NIGHTS TREASURE HUNT DRAW

The next draw (# 12) for Treasure Hunt is scheduled April 19th at 6:30 P.M. Only one name and phone number on each ticket. Please do not fold or crinkle the ticket. Please do not use peel and stick stickers. Since we do not know every member personally members may be asked to show their Membership Card to win or buy tickets.
We hope to have a meal special at most draws. The meal will be posted by 9:00 P.M. Sundays on our website and Facebook. The results from Monday draws will also be posted on our website and Facebook pages Monday evening.

PULL TABS – RAFFLE TICKETS

This is a reminder for all members. State law does not allow children under18 years old to open or help fill out any gaming ticket or pull tab.   They are also not allowed to play with non-winning pull tabs or raffle tickets.                                                                                                                 Also no one under the age of 21 is allowed to sit at the bar.

CLEANING – PROFANITY

This is another friendly reminder to all that use the club. You are responsible for your family and guests.                                                                   Please clean off your table before you leave.                                                                                                                                                                         Also we remind  all members that loud and rude behavior, and all profanity will not be tolerated.                                                                                    It is expected everyone be treated with respect.                                                                                                                                                               Thank you in advance for your continued cooperation.
